This Privacy Policy describes how Crypto Dwarves Online (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the Crypto Dwarves Online game operated as a Telegram Mini App (the “Game”), the website cryptodwarves.online (the “Website”), and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service you acknowledge the practices described here.

1. Data We Collect

a) Data received from Telegram. When you launch the Game inside Telegram, the Telegram platform provides us with basic account data needed to identify you as a player: your numeric Telegram user ID, your Telegram name and username (if set), your interface language, and your Telegram Premium status. We do not receive your phone number, your contacts, or your Telegram messages outside the Game.

b) Data you create in the Game. As you play, we store the data required to run the Game for you: your in-game nickname and avatar choice; your game progress and state (mines, virtual coins and gems, upgrades, battles and their outcomes, quests, trophies, leagues, clan membership and role); messages and requests you post in clan chat and other social features; reports you submit about other players’ messages; and referral relationships (who invited whom) created through invite links.

c) Purchase data. If you buy virtual items for Telegram Stars, we receive and store a record of the transaction (what was bought, when, the amount of Stars, and a transaction identifier) so we can deliver the purchase and handle support. Payment is processed by Telegram; we never receive or store your payment card or banking details.

d) Technical data. Our servers automatically record technical information such as your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, request timestamps, and log entries about errors and requests. The Website uses cookies and similar technologies; see Section 6.

e) Analytics data. We use analytics services (currently Amplitude) which collect events about how you use the Game and the Website — for example screens opened, actions taken, session length, approximate region, and device identifiers — to help us understand and improve the Service.

We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, religion, or biometric data), and the Service does not ask for them.

2. How We Use Data

To operate the Game: identify you as a player, save your progress, run battles, clans, quests, leagues, referrals, and other mechanics;
To deliver purchases made for Telegram Stars and provide customer support;
To moderate the Game and keep it safe: enforce chat rules, process player reports, apply mutes and bans, and prevent spam, cheating, fraud, and abuse (see Section 3);
To send you Game notifications through the Telegram bot (for example, that your mine was attacked); you can stop these at any time by blocking or muting the bot in Telegram;
To analyze and improve the Service, including through aggregated analytics and A/B tests;
To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests from authorities;
To establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Legal bases under the GDPR, where it applies: performance of a contract (providing the Game you asked for), our legitimate interests (security, moderation, fraud prevention, service improvement), your consent where required (for example, certain cookies), and compliance with legal obligations.

3. Chat Moderation, Including Automated AI Review

Messages posted in clan chat and other social features are reviewed for violations of the chat rules. This review is performed by automated systems and may include sending the text of messages to third-party AI language-model providers, acting as our processors, solely to classify content (for example as abusive, spam, or fraudulent). Message text is sent for classification without your name or account identifiers attached to it. Based on the results, we may automatically remove messages and restrict chat access (mute) temporarily or permanently. Players can also report messages, and reports are reviewed and stored. Moderation decisions can be appealed by contacting us at support@cryptodwarves.online.

4. How We Share Data

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only:

With service providers (processors) that help us run the Service: hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers (Amplitude), and AI content-moderation providers — in each case only the data needed for their function and under obligations of confidentiality;
With the Telegram platform, as an inherent part of operating a Telegram Mini App (for example, delivering bot notifications and processing Stars payments);
With other players, as part of normal gameplay: your nickname, avatar, and game-related information (such as battle results, leaderboard positions, clan membership, and your chat messages) are visible to other players by design;
For legal reasons: to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of the Service, our users, or the public;
In a business transfer: if we undergo a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data may be transferred as part of that transaction under this Policy.

5. International Transfers and Storage

Game data is hosted on servers located in the European Union. Some of our service providers (for example, analytics or AI moderation providers) may process data in other countries. Where personal data is transferred internationally from the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

6. Cookies and Website Analytics

The Website uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, remembering your preferences, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where offered, through the consent banner on the Website. Disabling cookies may affect some Website functionality. The Game itself runs inside Telegram and uses local storage of the web view for technical purposes (such as caching and session state).

7. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. Chat messages are stored on a rolling basis and older messages are routinely deleted from the feed. Moderation records (reports, mutes, bans) are kept as long as needed to enforce our rules. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. If your account is inactive for an extended period or you request deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data, except where retention is required by law, needed to resolve disputes, or to enforce our agreements. Aggregated, anonymized data that no longer identifies you may be retained without restriction.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you and receive a copy; correct inaccurate data; delete your data; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. EEA/UK residents have these rights under the GDPR and may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents have corresponding rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by that law.

To exercise any right, contact us at support@cryptodwarves.online from a channel that lets us verify you are the account holder (or include your Telegram username and in-game nickname). We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law and will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. You can also delete simply by stopping use of the Game and requesting account deletion.

9. Security

We use technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data — including access controls, encrypted transport, and isolation of production systems — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will act in accordance with applicable notification laws.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 (or under the higher minimum age that applies in your country, such as 16 in the EEA for using Telegram). If you believe a child has used the Service in violation of this rule, contact us at support@cryptodwarves.online and we will delete the associated data.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version is always available on the Website, with the “Last Updated” date at the top. For material changes we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acknowledgement of the revised Policy.
